Hosting and Care plan Package:
The minimum commitment is 12 months. As all our support hours are counted yearly, there are no refunds if you change your mind. You can upgrade your account if you require.
 
If you decide to cancel after your minimum 12 months,  I will package up your website files and deliver them over to you to host, manage, and maintain your website moving forward in 7 days.

We’ll include a copy of The Website Owner’s Manual which will help you keep track of all the important details about your website; including logins, routine maintenance, & answers to our most frequently asked questions to help you have continued success with your website.

If you elect to discontinue your plan, the total responsibility and cost are yours for migrating your website to the new host, performing backups, purchasing premium themes/plugins and keeping all components of your website backed up, secured, and updated. Consulting on, or fixing any issues during the transition process, that fall outside our responsibility or your Website Protection and Hosting plan, is billable at our current hourly rate.

Hosting:
When you choose to host with us, we will host your website on our preferred hosting provider with ongoing support and maintenance.
Hosting is limited to your website and website content; no additional media will be hosted on the web servers. Maximum usage limits apply. We monitor your website's usage continuously to ensure that your website performs to its maximum capability.  Your website requirements might change in the future (ie. if you require more bandwidth, storage, and speed), we will provide you with more information and options.
